Welcome to DIY Mobile Homes, where we believe that building your dream home should be exciting and most importantly, affordable. Kyle has built his reputation across the entire state of Florida with our parent company Florida Value Homes. With over 10 years of experience in turn-key contract servicing, Kyle wants to use his knowledge of and within the industry to save you as much money as possible. Do you want to have total control over your home project? Want to save money? We’ll provide you the necessary guidance, assurance, and knowledge to get the project started and finish it off yourself.
MEET THE DIY TEAM
The fifth of eight siblings in an immigrant family, was raised in Indiana and grew up in the mobile home industry. With a Midwestern work ethic and hands-on approach, he has guided the company's success.
Kyle's extensive experience managing mobile home dealerships in Indiana, Colorado, Texas, and Florida has given him a unique perspective on the industry.
He has sold hundreds of homes, worked alongside installation crews, and speaks from real-world experience.
What sets Kyle apart is his ability to plan, execute, and complete every project on time and within budget. His dedication to customer satisfaction is unparalleled, and he genuinely enjoys delivering outstanding results for every client.

I take pride in being part of a company that empowers individuals to take control of their homeownership journey, helping them achieve their goals while saving money and maintaining quality. My favorite part of the DIY process is seeing customers realize how accessible and customizable manufactured housing can be and being able to witness how they transform their vision into a home that reflects both value and individuality. Outside of work, I enjoy fitness and running, spending time with my family, and fishing whenever I can.

As the Office Manager at DIY Mobile Homes, I oversee the daily operations to ensure everything runs efficiently while serving as the main point of contact for both internal and external communications. I enjoy assisting customers with their DIY Mobile Home projects and helping make the process smooth and efficient as they purchase their new homes. I’m originally from Maine and I served 4.5 years in the Army as a Motor Transport Operator, stationed at Fort Lee, Virginia, and in South Korea before planting my roots here in Florida.

At DIY Mobile Homes, I help customers by collecting quotes and scheduling deliveries and installations, ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish. I enjoy helping customers move into their new homes quickly and efficiently, guiding them through each step from delivery to Certificate of Occupancy. Outside of work, I love country music, parkour, and I even participated in American Ninja Warrior when I was just 21 years old!

Project Manager & Site Supervisor
I’m Brandon Mauze, a Project Management Administrator who helps customers and my team by coordinating inspection schedules and completing permits so homeowners can move in as smoothly and efficiently as possible. I enjoy solving problems and working with my team to find the best solutions for our customers. My favorite part of the DIY process is learning how a home’s foundation is set and understanding all the steps and trades involved in installing different aspects of a home, which has already expanded my knowledge beyond the mobile home industry. Outside of work, I play soccer on a semi-professional team as I love being active.

Here at DIY I’m responsible for creating all things media/marketing related. This includes but
isn’t limited to marketing flyers, advertisements, tour videos, drone videos, facebook and google
postings.The list goes on and on! I love working here at DIY Mobile Homes because I get to be creative and use my camera equipment on an almost daily basis! We might be a small team but we’ve got big ambitions! A fun fact about me is that I am a JDM enthusiast and I love filming cars as a hobby. I’ve filmed Nissan Skylines, Toyota Supras, and Mitsubishi Evolutions just to name a few 😀 My favorite thing about the DIY Process definitely has to be the customer testimonials. Being able to capture our customers' happiness through the eyes of a camera when all is said and done is a very heartwarming feeling.
